Ensure all your selected products are CORRECT in the Shopping Cart.

Confirm your delivery details (eg. Address, Phone Number, Name, email) at the bottom of page.

Select your Payment Option and click Complete Order. You will be directed to the RazerPay online payment portal. Fill in all necessary details accurately to finalize your payment. And you’re done!

Upon payment success, you will receive an on-screen prompt to inform you that the payment has been received. At the same time, you will also receive an invoice from EDWIN® Malaysia Official Online Store AND a payment confirmation from the RazerPay online payment portal via email.

Alternatively, you may check the status of your order via EDWIN® My Account Dashboard .

We're preparing your order to ship!

Don't worry. "Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order and it has not yet shipped. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Easy! Just follow the following steps:

Login to your online account to view.

You will notice a column titled ORDER number. This is your package tracking number.

*Alternatively, you may find your Tracking Number in an E-mail which will be automatically delivered to your Inbox when your order status states FULFILLED.

Yes, you may also find the tracking number for your order in the ORDER tab, click through the order number on your Account or via the Shipment Notification Email sent to your email address.

There are various reasons why your payment mayhave been rejected. Have a look at the following steps to see if any applies:

Credit Card:

Check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order.

Secondly, if you are using a MasterCard or Visa credit or Debit card to pay your order, we suggest you confirm that your card is activated and that your 3D securedetails have been entered correctly.

Note: Only credit cards issued by local Malaysian banks are accepted. Online Banking: Ensure that you have registered an online banking account with your local bank.

Ensure you have disabled your browser pop-up blocker in order to complete the payment window.

EDWIN® Online Store takes the necessary precautions, both administrative and technical, data security technologies such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms to prevent and safeguard your Personal Data against loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, usage, alternation or destruction.

Furthermore, all transactions via EDWIN® Online Store will be performed via secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL and / or TLS) to the corresponding entity.

It’s only a flat rate of RM8 (Nation Wide Malaysia) regardless of weight. However, this delivery charge will be waived if you meet the requirement of our FREE DELIVERY WITH PURCHASE promotion.

We use JNT /DHL / Pos Laju / Citylink Services to deliver within Peninsular and East Malaysia.

Confirmed orders will be processed and delivered within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holiday). Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.

However, during MCO, Flash Offer and Sale periods there will be expected delays of 3-5 working days due to heavy surge of online orders.

*We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

City-Link Express will attempt delivery at the delivery address stated in the shipping label. If there is a failed attempt, City-Link Express will attempt to contact the buyer to arrange for a delivery time before making the second delivery attempt. If for whatever reason, City-Link Express has attempted two deliveries and both failed, City-Link Express will proceed to return the parcel to EDWIN® Malaysia Official Online Store.
