If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1.1 You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
1.2 To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
1.3 Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Criteria that renders the goods sent to you exchangeable
2.1 The customer ordered incorrect product or size
2.2 The product did not match the description on the Website or in the catalog
2.3 The company shipped the incorrect product or size
3.1 Goods sold are not entitled to refund in terms of Cash or Credit. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the item.
3.2 If your exchange is approved, we will give you a Voucher Code with the same amount with the purchase earlier.
4.1 The voucher which we provide is limit to 1 usage. We will not bear the consequence of the Voucher Code being used by a third-party.
5.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.2 However, we will bear the shipping costs for the subsequent purchase with a voucher.
6. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract
